Dong (Oliver), Chen is a highly motivated PhD candidate with a strong foundation in Electrical and Electronic Engineering (EEE), earned through his studies at XJTLU - University of Liverpool (UoL). His academic journey includes specialized experience in Human Robotics at Imperial College London (ICL) and cutting-edge research in Artificial Intelligence for Medical Applications at The University of Hong Kong (HKU). These experiences have shaped his passion for integrating robotics and artificial intelligence to address real-world challenges and advance healthcare innovation.
